Conformatronic registrar

Hello. A while back I had an idea to implement a conformatronic registrar -- the idea being to record and discuss examples of conformation when experienced. Of course this idea was triggered by some specific event which would demonstrate the registrar in action, which has now passed from my memory. However, if you know what I am talking about feel free to implement it yourself, or I will when I see something.
