Fox News
The fox news channel is the mega-news channel owned by the News Corporation, Rupert Murdoch's hobby for the past 40 years.
For people living in the United States, Fox News is a pretty ordinary thing. Most people have seen it and have a fair idea what it's about and are fairly used to the way in which “news” is presented on the Fox News channel.
Many people outside of the United States though (for example, people in Australia), have not yet had the privilege of seeing the delightful style of news presentation, or “Newstainment”.
Traditional news is mostly comprised of more ordinary, boring things, such as “facts” and information about the weather, and other things like what the local sports team is up to this week.

It occurred to the folks at Fox News though that facts and information such as the weather, are in fact, not very interesting. So at some unspecified date in the 1990's in a board room in the United States, a furious masturbation session involving Fox Directors took place. It is said that this session was so incredibly violent and destructive, that the fabric of space time itself was disrupted, allowing for a quantum entanglement space time event to occur, causing “News” and “Entertainment” to fuse into the mother of all entities - Newstainment.
