Jonesing Layer

An intense and powerful psychic layer surrounding the occupants and structure of the MADhouse. Secreted through the Dovetailing points from Charles' Martini glands.
Once a being has been marinated in the Jonesing Layer long enough, they are given the power of telepathy to other 'marinated' beings even if they are not in the vicinity of the MADhouse. However, as the rules state, telepathic 'nigh nighs' are only to be issued through the Jonesing Layer between the hours of 1 and 6 in the morning.
Jonesing layer is orangey purple in colour and tastes slightly of Butterscotch; therefore making it a wonderful addition to a Banoffee Pie.
