Synopsis
Welcome to the Mindcloud Knowledge Sharing Matrix. The KSM is a collection of knowledge contributed by members of mindcloud in the form of university level textbooks, to members of the mindcloud community. The KSM is a system where contributing members add a list of university textbooks that they have studied along with a synopsis of topics covered and an overall opinion of the textbook.
Borrowers
To borrow a textbook from KSM the user needs to be a member of good standing of the mindcloud organisation and to also place a deposit on the book with the person from whom it is borrowed. The textbooks, though available to any member of mindcloud, remain the property of the lender and the lending of any textbook will be recorded on the mindcloud library wiki in the entry for the specific texbook.
Lenders
The amount demanded as a deposit for the safe return of your textbook is at your discretion, please list all the textbooks you are willing to lend to promote free education for the community. Please do not forget to update the entry for the textbooks you are willing to lend every time the lending status of that book is changed, if you do not keep track of who has your textbooks then they are likely to be lost through the cracks of poor record keeping

The textbooks lent through this system are lent entirely at the discretion of the lender and whilst mindcoud encourages as many textbooks as possible be lent to as many people, mindcloud is not liable for the loss or theft of such texts. It is for this reason that the deposit on the textbooks is at the discretion of the lender.
