Obligatory Hack Philosophy Hour

At every single party:

It's 2am and you've finally defeated the washing machine. Casting your dented shovel to the ground, you pick up a frosty can of beer in your bloodied hand and slam it down. In the background you can hear the music being turned down and a guitar beginning to be strummed. You become enraged and crush the empty can against your forehead. Picking up the shovel, you advance on the source of the irritating noise.

Although your eyes have been dimmed by your rage, you can make out a small circle of people formed in the debris-strewn yard ahead of you. Some guy who you've never seen before is strumming his guitar softly and has the rapt attention of most of the surviving girls. He is talking as he strums. As you approach you hear the words emerging from his face:

"...and I think the meaning of life is, to like, you know, enjoy yourself and spread as much happiness around as poss..."

His last words are cut short by your berserker scream, a deafening clang and the sickening splintery crunch of a shovel swing pulping his skull and brains into his lower jaw. The screams of the womenfolk do not deter you. They've been contaminated by Obligatory Hack Philosophy Hour too, and before any of them can make it to the street they've all joined the hack and the washing machine in the fiery pits of Hell.
