Snap
"Snap" is an attempt to harness spontaneity, a method of avoiding the fixation: "what do I do next?"
Sometimes one experiences a flash of inspiration. It could seem big or small, which all depends on your point of view. We are taught to "look before we leap," to "tread with caution."
With "Snap" one reacts to the flash. By seizing the moment, it can be harnessed for the energy it contains. Instead of continually reconsidering the best way to realise the idea, or whether the idea is appropriate, the first moment conscious of the inspiration is divested with an expression of it.
For example, in musical practice, an idea occurs to one person, concerning how to play a song, a possible way of rehearsing or arranging a piece. Rather than suggesting how this idea is inadequate, or could be improved, or why something else should be done instead, the other musicians "snap". "We do that. 1, 2, ..."
It relates to awareness, in that no idea or sensation is considered for dismissal, but rather everything is drawn together and allowed to integrate. Everything gets thrown in the cauldron.
