The Mondays
"The Mondays" is a rare phenomenon widely diagnosed wrongfully in the proles of rich countries. True cases of the Mondays are found in epidemic proportions in areas such as the Sudan, North Korea, Afghanistan and Iraq. The misdiagnosed cases of the mondays usually occur when normal people somehow believe that their world is a worse place than the day before. This is due, not to the fact that their life has changed fundamentally in 24 hours, but to the fact that proles have very short memories. Because of this they dwell on the fact that they are at work and their life is not as fulfilling as hallmark cards would have them believe, knowing only that life was better 24 hours ago.
Mondays in the US and Europe
True cases of the Mondays are harder to come across in rich countries such as the US and Europe (where they have the highest diagnosis rate), but have occurred in such places. The last recorded case of epidemic mondays in was the great depression in America, and WW2 in Europe. There are other recorded cases of non-epidemic mondays which are confined to certain demographics within such countries that have been more recent, such as the Racial Segregation in America and the Holocaust in Germany.
